Matthieu AMIECH
Matthieu Amiech lives in the Tarn and opposes the proposed dam on the River Tescou. He is one of the editors of the anthology Sivens sans retenue (La Lenteur, 2015).
In 2013, he co-authored with Aurélien Berlan and Nicolas Eyguesier La Liberté dans le coma. Essai sur l’identification électronique et les moyens de s’y opposer (Freedom in a Coma: An Essay on Electronic Identification and Ways to Oppose with Editions La lenteur), published in 2013 under the name of the Marcuse Group.

Aurélien BERLAN
Aurélien Berlan is a philosopher-gardener who divides his time between translation work, precarious teaching positions and subsistence activities. He contributed to publications by the Groupe Marcuse (De la misère humaine en milieu publicitaire, La Découverte, 2004; La Liberté dans le coma, La Lenteur, 2013) and published a notable essay on German sociologists’ critique of industrial modernity (La Fabrique des derniers hommes, La Découverte, 2012). Terre et Liberté (2021) book has been published in Spanish (Virus), German (Mandelbaum), and an Italian edition is currently being negotiated.
Pierre BOURLIER
Pierre Bourlier is a natural winemaker in the Ardèche. A keen connoisseur of the works of George Orwell and Wilhelm Reich, he has published an essay with Sulliver, De l’intérieur du désastre (2011), and with La Lenteur, Notre communauté viscérale, in Notes & Morceaux choisis No. 11, 2014.
Thomas JODAREWSKI
Thomas Jodarewski, also known as Tomjo, is representative of an endangered species in critical publishing circles. Trained for investigation like an apprentice of “L’Atelier de bricolage pour un esprit critique” held by the collective “Pièces et main d’œuvre”, he runs the website Chez Renart from Lille. He published L’Enfer Vert (L’échappée, 2013) and Nord, c’est Noir (Service compris, 2025). His last book released is Deux écologies irréconciliables. (2026, La lenteur).
